Membership Terms & Conditions (Medlemskabsbetingelser)

§1. Membership
The membership is personal and may only be used by the member. In case of misuse, the member will be charged a fee according to the applicable rates. The membership cannot be transferred to others. Any changes in personal data such as name, address, phone number, card details, etc. must be immediately reported to Nordic Pole ApS. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that Nordic Pole ApS always has the correct contact information.

§2. Membership period
Memberships are recurring and continue until terminated in accordance with §7. The same conditions apply to cash memberships. Class credits, trial classes, single classes, and vouchers are not considered ongoing memberships.

§3. Payment
Purchase of Trial Class / Single Class: Payment must be made immediately by online card payment.

Membership: When purchasing a membership, the sign‑up fee and the membership fee for the remainder of the current month are charged immediately by online card payment. Thereafter, membership fees are automatically charged to the registered card on the 1st of each month.

§4. Missed Payments
If payment cannot be processed (for example, if the member has changed card details), the member will be contacted by email. If the ongoing membership fee is not paid on time, a reminder letter will be sent to the member, including a late payment fee according to the applicable rates. The member will be notified by email. If payment is not received within 10 days of the stated due date, Nordic Pole ApS reserves the right to terminate the membership without notice. Nordic Pole ApS also reserves the right to immediately collect the outstanding amount for the remainder of the notice period. Once payment has been made, the member is entitled to use Nordic Pole ApS’s facilities under the same conditions as before.

§5. Price Changes
Any changes to membership prices will be communicated individually the current month + 1 month before they take effect. If the member does not wish to continue their membership as a result of the price change, they are entitled to terminate their membership in accordance with the procedure set out in §7.

§6. Pause Periods
A membership may be paused as often as the member wishes. A start and end date must be specified and may only occur on monthly intervals (e.g. 1 month, 2 months etc.). Pause requests must be submitted by email, and the email must be received by staff at least one week before the suspension period begins. In case of doubt, the member must be able to prove that a suspension has unequivocally been made, including the date and confirmation from Nordic Pole ApS.

If the membership is paused after the monthly fee has already been charged, the member will still be billed for the following month. This payment will be credited when training resumes. It is not possible to pause a membership during a notice period, and any pause will be cancelled if the membership is terminated.

If a pause period is strictly necessary (for example, due to a broken foot or similar), the binding period will be extended accordingly.

§7. Termination
Memberships may be terminated at any time. The notice period is the remainder of the current month plus one additional month. Termination must be submitted by email. In case of doubt, the member must be able to prove that termination has unequivocally been made, including the date and confirmation.

Certain memberships cannot be terminated for the first three months after purchase. Such memberships may only be terminated once the binding period has expired.

§8. Underage Members
For individuals under 18 years of age (or otherwise legally incapacitated), membership may only be obtained if a legal guardian signs up on behalf of the individual and assumes payment responsibility. All members must be at least 15 years old.

§9. Health Condition and Personal Injury
All training takes place at the member’s own risk. Each member is responsible for being in a physical condition that allows participation in activities at Nordic Pole ApS. Nordic Pole ApS does not accept liability for personal injuries to a member resulting from accidents, actions or acts of other members. Danish liability law applies in all other respects.

§10. Valuables
Nordic Pole ApS recommends that valuables be brought into the studio in a small bag during training. Nordic Pole ApS accepts no responsibility for loss due to theft or damage to property.

§11. Rules of Conduct – Class Cancellations
If a member is unable to attend a booked class, cancellation must be made no later than 4 hours before the class begins. If a member (1) fails to cancel a reservation on time, or (2) fails to cancel at least 4 hours before class start after being moved from the waiting list and confirmed by Nordic Pole ApS, the member will be charged a fee according to the applicable rates. If the fee is not paid, Nordic Pole ApS reserves the right to terminate the membership immediately.

§12. Exclusion of Members Nordic Pole ApS may terminate any membership agreement without further notice. In the event of termination by Nordic Pole ApS, all unused prepayments will be retained. If Nordic Pole ApS terminates a membership due to a member’s breach of the applicable membership terms, no refund of any kind will be issued.

§13. Changes to Membership Terms Nordic Pole ApS may amend the membership terms with a notice of the current month plus one additional month. In the case of significant changes, individual notice will be given to the member. If the member does not wish to continue their membership as a result of such changes, they are entitled to terminate their membership in accordance with the procedure set out §7. Nordic Pole ApS reserves the right to make ordinary changes to class activities, facilities, equipment, and opening hours.

§14. Friend Referral Discount
An active member who has held a membership for at least one month may refer a new member to Nordic Pole ApS. To qualify, the referred individual must be a completely new customer and must notify Nordic Pole ApS by email no later than the day of registration.

When the referral is valid, both the referring member and the new member will receive a 10% discount on their next two membership payments. The referral discount cannot be accumulated or extended by multiple referrals; the referring member may only benefit from one discount period at a time. However, each new member who joins through a referral is individually entitled to the same discount.

The referral discount is only available when no other discounts are active and cannot be combined with promotional offers or special pricing.

§15. Applicability of Terms
These terms apply to all types of memberships. The conditions also apply when changing membership type and remain in effect until the membership is terminated.

§16. ClassPass nad Bruce Members
ClassPass and Bruce members must at all times comply with the rules issued by their respective provider.

§17. Special Membership Offers
For purchases of special membership offers, the rules displayed in connection with the promotion apply. For example, an offer on an Enthusiast membership may be time‑limited and subsequently continue at the regular price.
