Booking a class
We highly recommend downloading our booking app Glofox, to easily manage your bookings. You can also purchase your membership directly in the app. Make sure to enable notifications to receive class updates.
on January 9th we’re hosting an Open House with free pole trial classes - this is the perfect opportunity to try pole before committing :-)
Our schedule is published two weeks in advance, and you can book any class at any time.

First pole class
The first pole class is always exciting, as you will go through techniques that build the foundation of pole dancing. In a trial class everyone is a beginner and our incredible instructors are there to help and provide personal guidance.
Tips for your first pole class:
Wear Shorts
Avoid hand lotion
Take off finger rings
Have fun! -
Studio rules
Phone policy: Pictures are only allowed in the last 5 minutes of the class. Please consider your surroundings and ask for consent if anyone is in your frame.
Class rules: Check-in 5 minutes before the class. If you arrive 10 or more minutes late, you cannot join the class. This is for your safety to avoid injuries after missing the warm-up.
Class cancellation: To cancel a class, the deadline is 4 hours in advance. If you do not show up for a booked class, you will receive a no-show fee of 50,- kr.
Membership cancellation: To cancel your membership, write us an email before the 15th of the month.
